Doing the numbers, some hospitals decided it was simply cheaper to offer free preventative care to the uninsured, rather then treat them later for much more expensive problems for which because they are uninsured wouldn't be able to pay for. It's pathetic that as a country this is the best we can do, the richest country in the world, and 46.6 million people uninsured. Where is the outrage? where is the anger?
